Add Challenges-260202 with visualization roadmap and action plan
New action plan establishes two parallel streams:
- Stream A: UI Update (Window/Tile migration)
- Stream B: Placement Testing (validation script)
Added comprehensive visualization roadmap:
- vis01: Abstract row view (star + planets in order)
- vis02: Interactive system map (zoom/pan/scroll)
- vis02.01: Orbital animation (Kepler's laws)
- vis02.02: Time dial (reposition planets by date)
- vis02.03: Delta-V cost display per planet
- vis03: Brachistochrone trajectory calculator
- vis03.01: Burn-coast-burn (hard sci-fi, not constant accel)
- vis03.02: Route planner (planet-to-planet navigation)
Project outcome: GM builds systems in spreadsheet, players load on
phone and calculate their own navigation.
